🌟 Description
A quick, simple, and natural lunchbox treat packed with flavor and goodness!
🧂 Ingredients
- 🌾 100g rolled oats
- 🍬 200g Medjool dates
- 🍯 2 tsp maple syrup
- 🧂 ½ tsp sea salt (adjust to taste)
- 🥥 35g desiccated coconut (can toast for a stronger coconut flavor)
Optional:
- 🌱 2 tsp mesquite powder
- 🌰 2 tbsp toasted cashews
- 🌱 Chia seeds
👩🍳 Method
- 🌀 Add all ingredients except coconut to a high-speed blender.
- ⚡ Blend on high for ~1 minute or until smooth and well combined.
- ✋ Scoop heaped teaspoon-sized amounts and roll into balls.
- 🥥 Roll each ball lightly through desiccated coconut to coat.
- ❄️ Place in a container and refrigerate to firm up before serving.
