  • πŸ₯£ 1Β½ – 2 cups dried chickpeas
  • πŸ₯„ 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • πŸ‹ Juice of Β½ lemon
  • πŸ§‚ Sea salt
  • 🌢️ Paprika, curry powder, or other spices (to sprinkle)

  1. πŸ’§ Place chickpeas in a bowl and cover with cold water. Soak overnight.
  2. πŸ”₯ Preheat oven to 180Β°C and line a baking tray with unbleached baking paper.
  3. πŸ₯„ Spread chickpeas on the tray and pat dry with a paper towel.
  4. βž• Drizzle with olive oil, lemon juice, sprinkle with sea salt and desired spices. Toss to coat evenly.
  5. 🍲 Roast for 20–30 minutes until golden brown. (Air fryer works well too!)
  6. ❄️ Cool completely and store in an airtight container. Best eaten within 2 days.
