A naturally sweet, omega-3 packed jam that’s perfect on toast, porridge, or in desserts.


🧂 Ingredients

  • 250g berries of your choice
  • 6 medjool dates, pitted
  • 4 tbsp chia seeds

👩‍🍳 Method

  1. 🥣 Place all ingredients in a food processor. Add chia seeds before blending to release their omega-3 oils.
  2. 🔄 Blend until dates are fully incorporated and mixture is smooth.
  3. 🏺 Transfer to a glass jar and seal with an airtight lid.
  4. ❄️ Refrigerate overnight to allow the jam to set.
  5. ✅ Next morning, your chia jam is ready to enjoy.

📌 Storage: Keep in the fridge for up to 1 week.
