- 6 medjool dates, pitted
- 4 tbsp chia seeds

- 🥣 Place all ingredients in a food processor. Add chia seeds before blending to release their omega-3 oils.
- 🔄 Blend until dates are fully incorporated and mixture is smooth.
- 🏺 Transfer to a glass jar and seal with an airtight lid.
- ❄️ Refrigerate overnight to allow the jam to set.
- ✅ Next morning, your chia jam is ready to enjoy.
