Who says you can’t have dessert while living a healthy lifestyle? Rubbish! This mint choc chip nice cream is creamy, indulgent, and completely dairy-free.
π§ Ingredients
- π₯ Β½ ripe avocado
- πΏ 4 sprigs fresh mint leaves
- π₯ 10 cubes frozen cashew or almond nut mylk
- π― 2 tsp rice malt syrup or maple syrup
- π± Seeds from 1 vanilla pod
- π’ 1 tsp super green powder (chlorella, spirulina, etc.)
- π 1 frozen banana, broken into bits
- π§ 1 pinch pink Himalayan sea salt
- π« 2 tbsp raw cacao nibs

- β‘ Add all ingredients except cacao nibs into a high-speed blender or food processor.
- π Blend on high speed until smooth and thoroughly combined.
- π« Stir in cacao nibs using a spatula.
- π₯ Serve immediately in bowls and enjoy!
