🌟 Description
Who says you can’t have dessert while living a healthy lifestyle? Rubbish! This mint choc chip nice cream is creamy, indulgent, and completely dairy-free.
🧂 Ingredients
- 🥑 ½ ripe avocado
- 🌿 4 sprigs fresh mint leaves
- 🥛 10 cubes frozen cashew or almond nut mylk
- 🍯 2 tsp rice malt syrup or maple syrup
- 🌱 Seeds from 1 vanilla pod
- 🟢 1 tsp super green powder (chlorella, spirulina, etc.)
- 🍌 1 frozen banana, broken into bits
- 🧂 1 pinch pink Himalayan sea salt
- 🍫 2 tbsp raw cacao nibs
👩🍳 Method
- ⚡ Add all ingredients except cacao nibs into a high-speed blender or food processor.
- 🌀 Blend on high speed until smooth and thoroughly combined.
- 🍫 Stir in cacao nibs using a spatula.
- 🥄 Serve immediately in bowls and enjoy!
