- 🔪 Roughly chop parsley and oregano (leave a rustic texture if preferred).
- 🧄 Peel and finely chop garlic cloves.
- 🌶 Finely chop fresh chillies (adjust seeds for heat).
- 🥣 Add all ingredients to a small bowl.
- 🍶 Pour in red wine vinegar and olive oil, then mix until combined.
- ✅ Serve immediately or with any dish of your choice.
