  • 🥄 2/3 cup roasted almond butter (homemade recommended)
  • 🌿 1 tsp dried ashwagandha powder
  • 🍯 1/2 cup honey
  • 🌱 2 tsp maca root powder
  • 🌿 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 🌱 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
  • 🥥 2 heaped tsp coconut flour

Ingredient options for rolling:

  • ⚪ 1 tsp white sesame seeds + 1 tsp black sesame seeds, toasted
  • 🥥 Toasted coconut flakes / shredded coconut
  • 🍫 Raw cacao
  • 🌱 Chia seeds
  • 🥜 Roasted peanuts

👩‍🍳 Method

  1. 🌀 Place all main ingredients except rolling ingredients in a high-speed food processor.
  2. ⚡ Blend until smooth, shiny, and well combined.
  3. ✋ Scoop teaspoon-sized portions and roll into balls.
  4. 🥄 Coat balls in rolling ingredients of choice.
  5. ❄️ Refrigerate for 4 hours or until firm.
  6. 🥶 Serve straight from the fridge.
