🌟 Turkey Burgers

No more sugar-laden sauces or mayo with trans fats and genetically modified oils high in omega-6.
This dairy-free, low-sugar sauce is full of healthy fats and perfect for burgers.

Use a neutral-flavoured oil like avocado, olive, or macadamia oil to maintain the taste.


🧂 Ingredients

  • 🥚 1 free-range egg
  • 🍎 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 🌿 1–2 tsp mustard (Dijon, American, or fresh)
  • 🌱 2 tsp herbs of choice
  • 🌶 ½ tsp paprika (sweet or smoked)
  • 🥒 1 gherkin
  • 🧅 1 tsp dehydrated onion / onion powder
  • 🥄 ½ cup avocado oil

Optional:

  • Additional gherkin
  • Chilli
  • Sriracha (if you like it spicy!)

👩‍🍳 Method

  1. ⚡ Place all ingredients except avocado oil in a food processor.
  2. 🥄 While processing, slowly pour avocado oil over the back of a spoon into the processor to emulsify the sauce. Pour gradually to prevent separation.
  3. ✅ Once all oil is combined and the sauce is smooth, stop the processor.
  4. 😋 Enjoy your healthy, creamy burger sauce!
